Usj1 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document outlines the rules and conditions governing the use of the usj1 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of the services provided.

1. Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the usj1 platform, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to use the usj1 platform.
Access to the usj1 platform is limited to individuals who meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the time of account registration.
- Be a resident of Malaysia or accessing the platform from a permitted location.
- Have never been suspended or banned from usj1 or any related platform.
- Register using your own name and not on behalf of or at the direction of any third party.
- Not use the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any unlawful activity.
Usj1 reserves the right to decline or cancel the registration of any account found not to meet the eligibility requirements above, without obligation to provide detailed reasons.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on usj1. Registering more than one account under the same individual — whether using a different name, phone number, email address, IP address, or payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently terminated.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. usj1 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time, including copies of valid identification documents issued by Malaysian authorities.
Password & Account Security
Users are solely responsible for keeping their password and account login details confidential. usj1 will never request your password via email, SMS, or any communication channel outside the platform. Any unauthorised access or suspected compromise of your account security must be reported to the usj1 support team immediately.
Any transaction or activity carried out through your account — whether with your knowledge or not — remains the account holder's responsibility until a report is submitted to usj1.
3. Payments, Transactions & MYR Deposits
All transactions on the usj1 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users may make deposits using supported local payment methods, including online bank transfers via FPX, accepted digital wallets, and other methods listed in the platform's deposit section.
Deposit Terms
- Deposits must be made using an account or payment method in the name of the registered usj1 account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary depending on the selected payment method and are subject to change from time to time.
- Usj1 is not liable for any delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.
Withdrawal Terms
- Withdrawals are processed only to the same bank account or payment method used for the original deposit, unless an exception has been approved by the usj1 team.
- Users may be required to complete an identity verification process before their first withdrawal or any withdrawal exceeding a specified amount is processed.
- Usj1 reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected on the account in question.
- Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable rollover requirements must be met before any bonus value becomes eligible for cash withdrawal.
4. Platform Usage Rules & Account Policies
Prohibited Activities
Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the usj1 platform:
- Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit system vulnerabilities.
- Colluding with other players to cheat the system or manipulate the outcomes of live table games.
- Registering multiple accounts or accessing the platform using another person's account.
- Abusing promotions or bonuses through methods that go against the intended purpose of those promotions.
- Using the platform for money laundering, terrorism financing, or any activity that violates Malaysian law.
Account Suspension & Closure
Usj1 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account, either temporarily or permanently, for the following reasons, without prior notice:
- Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
- Detection of fraud, false information, or suspicious activity.
- Requests from government authorities or law enforcement.
- Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any legitimate cash balance may be returned at usj1's discretion once the investigation is concluded. Bonus credits and winnings obtained through means that violate these terms are not eligible for return.
5. Liability Limitations, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Liability Limitations
The usj1 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. usj1 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including technical failures, service interruptions, or disputed game outcomes.
Usj1 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or malware. Users are responsible for ensuring their devices are protected with appropriate security software.
Intellectual Property
All content on the usj1 platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, game software, and domain names — is the property of usj1 or parties that have licensed it to usj1. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any such content without prior written consent from usj1.
Third-Party Links
The usj1 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment processors and game providers. usj1 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of those third-party services. Users are advised to review the relevant third-party terms separately.
6. Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Right to Amend Terms
Usj1 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. The latest effective date will be updated at the top of this document.
Continued use of the usj1 platform after any changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the current applicable terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the use of the usj1 platform shall first be referred to good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, submitted to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
